Key Responsibilities\n

• Individual and Family Therapy: Conduct therapeutic sessions aimed at addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, trauma recovery, anxiety management, and depression. Tailor your approach to meet the distinct needs of your clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform thorough assessments to identify mental health disorders, developing evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Employ a range of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring all client records are updated and confidential.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
