Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors utilizing interviews and behavioral observations to inform your clinical approach.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data, tailoring interventions such as therapy, psychoeducation, and skill training to meet individual patient needs.

• Establish and monitor both short-term and long-term treatment objectives to facilitate meaningful progress.

• Engage patients in dialogue to explore their feelings and behaviors, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Design treatment programs addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, while also managing pain and interpersonal issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current California LMFT license.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Greater than 3 years' experience in outpatient mental health settings or integrated healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
