Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards treatment goals and adjust therapy approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

• Provide timely crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating with emergency resources to ensure client safety.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, ensuring accurate reporting and ethical treatment practices.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to contribute insights and enhance collective knowledge relating to current trends in mental health treatment.

The caseload you will manage includes diverse individuals and families facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually.
