Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning discussions and ongoing case reviews to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to the regulations set forth by our agency and licensing requirements.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment updates, and discharge reports, ensuring all records are completed within the established timeframes.

• Safeguard client confidentiality through diligent management of records and sensitive information, acting as a trusted steward of privacy.

• Apply your expertise in diagnosing and treating children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based practices to design effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize therapy modalities and interventions that align with best practices and current research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be on children and adolescents, along with their families. You will work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
