Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring these plans are adjusted as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that align with best practices and meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to guarantee the continuity and quality of care.

• Complete required documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to Headway Clinics’ policies and state regulations. This includes progress notes, discharge plans, and aftercare strategy formulation.

• Engage in the establishment of aftercare plans designed to provide clients with the necessary tools and support systems after they transition from therapy.

• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Headway Clinics, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the State of Washington.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
