This position is primarily remote, with a focus on outpatient services that cater to adult and geriatric populations, and our vision is to also expand our services to include children and adolescents in the future. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Senior LMFT, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and mental health histories.

• Coordinating care, actively collaborating with other health professionals, and participating in team consultations to optimize treatment outcomes.
\n
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Drafting and maintaining clear clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
\n
• Acting as a liaison with community agencies to facilitate referrals and resources for clients.
\n
• Advocating for clients’ needs by engaging with external services and representing them effectively to ensure comprehensive care.

• Regularly designing and adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target demographics currently focus on adult and geriatric populations, with future plans to serve children and adolescents. You will engage with clients experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to build trusting relationships and therapeutic alliances will be fundamental in guiding clients toward positive outcomes and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with education and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
