Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews and behavioral observations.

• Integrate social, medical, and psychotherapeutic information to develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Establish measurable short-term and long-term treatment objectives, regularly monitoring patients' progress towards those goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic dialogue, encouraging patients to express and explore their feelings and behaviors in a safe environment.

• Devise and monitor treatment programs, which may include psychotherapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and skill training, particularly for patients experiencing acute or chronic pain.

• Provide treatment for a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addictions, and interpersonal relationship issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Offer professional consultations to other healthcare providers, fostering an integrated approach to treatment that aligns with psychological best practices.

• Adhere to legal and professional standards by keeping abreast of relevant legislative changes and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LMFT license is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapy setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
