Key Responsibilities\n

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to address the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach in all therapeutic interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, addiction, social difficulties, and behavioral concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Contribute to crisis management efforts by delivering immediate support to clients in distressing situations, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will service a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
