This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining access to our outpatient office resources and support. Our team utilizes a combination of virtual conferencing tools to facilitate therapy sessions, foster collaboration, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer a structured Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet client needs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms or in-person, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Thoroughly assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members such as social workers, psychologists, and psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, following legal and ethical standards.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a variety of clients, including couples and families facing relationship challenges, individuals struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and high-conflict situations. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
