Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate the mood disorder symptoms of clients by assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Create customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and understanding.
\n
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to integrate care for a holistic approach.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and compliance.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings to promote professional growth and clinical excellence.

• Advocate for clients concerning mental health stigmatization and accessibility of services, ensuring their voices are heard.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving families and individuals navigating challenges such as divorce, relationship issues, and mood disorders. Bringing a holistic lens to therapy, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing empathy and personalized care to foster resilience and healing in their personal and familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• An attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
