Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized therapy plans, utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, ensuring that care strategies are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share insights that could enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Annual salary range between USD 120,000 and 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
