Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, ensuring an approach that promotes healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to enhance the quality of care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions that focus on the latest developments in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.
