This role is designed to offer complete flexibility, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is full-time, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office model emphasizes accessibility, allowing therapists to provide assistance to clients from various backgrounds, regardless of their location. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Be A Problem Solver, you will engage with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. With a focus on creating a safe and inclusive space, you will provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more, helping clients navigate their unique life circumstances and promoting lasting positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
