This position offers a fully remote work setting, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional environment. Each counselor at Heart Harmony uses a proprietary telehealth platform that ensures seamless communication with clients. Our outpatient office model allows for the delivery of high-quality therapy without the need for in-person visits, catering to the busy lifestyles of both counselors and clients. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, tailoring therapy sessions to suit individual needs.

• Utilize telehealth technology to perform remote therapy sessions, including video consultations and secure messaging.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Regularly communicate with clients to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to their therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Heart Harmony, you will work with clients presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.
