Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories and collaborating with patients to determine optimal treatment pathways.

• Develop and facilitate program activities in consultation with the Clinical Director, ensuring an effective and vibrant therapeutic experience.

• Actively participate in the credentialing committee, upholding high standards for clinical practice and staff qualifications.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with psychiatric providers and fellow clinicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Document ongoing assessments of patient progress using our approved platforms, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of therapy outcomes.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of interventions, therapies, and patient responses, utilizing feedback to inform clinical practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to organizational goals and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will be working with a diverse range of clients of all ages, focusing particularly on children and families encountering developmental differences. Qualifications\n
