In this remote outpatient office setting, you will work collaboratively with a team of over 10,000 professionals in the mental health field. Our user-friendly telehealth platform eliminates barriers to access, allowing you to connect with your clients seamlessly.
\n Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance while enabling you to focus thoroughly on your clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques, primarily through video consultations.

• Facilitating ongoing therapy sessions and follow-ups, ensuring continuity of care and client engagement.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations while utilizing our integrated electronic health record system.

• Developing resources such as therapeutic journals and goal tracking tools to actively involve clients in their own progress.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and grief. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• An independent LPCC license in good standing.

Preferred Experience\n
