Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and well-being through intakes and evaluations.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Consciousness, you will engage with a various clientele, including adults, children, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Our patient population encompasses individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. We emphasize providing culturally competent care that is both inclusive and affirming, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as either an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is required.
\n
• Proven experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical or community health context.
\n
• Ability to establish rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong commitment to upholding cultural competence and providing inclusive care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
