Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that address the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group—using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the safety and environmental factors affecting clients and proactively address potential risks.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings to ensure holistic care and effectiveness in discharge planning for clients transitioning out of intense therapy services.

• Provide psychoeducational support to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Engage in post-discharge follow-ups to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed, fostering long-term success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
