Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs using standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, outlining specific therapeutic goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing therapy through evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Compensation and Benefits\n
