Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and adhering to current therapeutic standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing various emotional and relational issues impacting clients’ lives.

• Provide crisis evaluation and intervention for clients presenting with mild to moderate conditions, ensuring timely referrals for specialized care when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, safeguarding confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in training sessions and workshops provided by BlueHeal.

• Contribute to team safety programs and may be assigned to emergency response initiatives as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will address various therapeutic needs, from relationship challenges and life transitions to anxiety and depression. Your ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele will be essential in fostering their journey towards improved mental health and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
