Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, providing a safe and supportive environment for discussion.

• Assess the psychological and emotional needs of clients through detailed evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, goals, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others, to facilitate client growth and resolution of issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele comprised of individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds in Santa Maria and surrounding areas. Many clients will present with challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your skills and training will enable you to address these complexities compassionately and effectively, fostering resilience in your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least two (2) years of experience in post-licensure clinical practice providing direct therapy services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that encompasses:
