Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in initial comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address client concerns and facilitate personal growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through active communication and participation in patient rounds, ensuring a cohesive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing therapeutic services to a diverse outpatient clientele, including individuals of all ages, families, and groups facing a range of mental health issues. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the complexities of mental health that impact different populations, ensuring that care is respectful and effective across various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active clinical license in the state of California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to engage and support clients effectively.

• Willingness to provide between 10 and 40 hours of clinical sessions per week, adapting to client needs and scheduling accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and licensure.
