Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance while engaging with clients through virtual therapy sessions. As part of our outpatient team, you will have access to the latest telehealth technology and resources that facilitate effective communication and support with clients and their families. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured environment for work while ensuring ample time for personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, including evaluating the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Effectively implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to treat a range of psychological concerns.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care practices to foster informed decision-making.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their mental health and ensure optimal outcomes.

• Working alongside psychiatrists and other mental health specialists to deliver integrated care and improve overall client health.

• Staying current with research and advances in mood disorder treatment to enhance practice methodologies and client care.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing challenges related to mood disorders, relationship issues, and the complexities surrounding divorce and family dynamics. Your therapeutic interventions will help clients navigate their emotional struggles, fostering resilience and healing in a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually based on qualifications and experience. In addition to financial compensation, you will receive:
