Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that respect the individuality of each client.

• Participate in collaborative meetings with the Child and Family team, contributing your expert insights during treatment planning sessions and reviews.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based strategies for both individual and family therapy, focusing particularly on children and adolescents.

• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including client assessments, treatment updates, and discharge reports, in accordance with regulatory standards and agency timelines.

• Safeguard client confidentiality and manage patient records responsibly, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practices in all interactions.

• Implement and assess treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations of client progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families, dealing with a spectrum of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• You must hold a current and valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
