Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in effective collaboration with fellow healthcare providers within the telehealth environment, enhancing our integrated approach to patient care.

• Deliver immediate support via virtual platforms to families and individuals facing urgent mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs, continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychotherapy.

• Document treatment sessions thoroughly within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health and substance use issues. You will engage with families seeking assistance for relational difficulties, individuals coping with anxiety and depression, as well as those facing more complex challenges requiring a multi-faceted approach. Your expertise will help improve their quality of life and empower them to develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or other relevant certification (e.g., LCSW, LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and other digital tools is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
