Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients seeking therapy, ensuring that their unique needs and challenges are understood and addressed.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to foster emotional healing and improve interpersonal dynamics.

• Monitor client progress closely, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington, which must be in good standing (not under suspension or probation).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership or clinical role within an outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, necessary for creating a trusting and comforting therapeutic environment for clients.

• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, using electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar therapeutic approaches is highly desirable, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
