Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to patients’ needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers to design comprehensive treatment plans that address clients’ mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based measurement tools, including automatically administered symptom assessments, to track client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, streamlining the documentation process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Offer continued support and consultation from our Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Engage in consistent measurement-based care to evaluate therapeutic efficacy, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain the confidentiality and security of patient health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will primarily involve supporting adults who face a variety of emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Our clinic is committed to providing personalized and culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued during their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals aged 13 and up, and couples.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role preferred.
