Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in the form of individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using a range of evidence-based techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring appropriate and effective management of their situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and needs as warranted.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
