Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gather insights into clients’ mental health challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve providing telehealth services to a diverse array of individuals, focusing especially on adolescents and young adults. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, all while utilizing a patient-centered approach that prioritizes empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent doctoral-level license (PsyD).

• Two or more years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, especially in a telehealth capacity.

• Strong proficiency in leveraging technology for therapy sessions, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective telehealth practice.

• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality in a home-based work setting.

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations within a teletherapy context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
