Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' diverse mental health needs.

• Assess clients' mental health by evaluating their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, then accurately diagnose mental health disorders according to established guidelines.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals and objectives tailored to their unique situations.

• Ensure ongoing evaluation of clients' progress through periodic reassessments and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and connect clients with necessary resources, including community support services and referrals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, as well as ethical standards for privacy and confidentiality.

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and supervision, to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing challenges such as marital conflicts, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to work with varied clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
