Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each person.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, employing various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, while ensuring that treatment is personalized to the client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate and provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health aspects.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, utilizing your skills to provide immediate assistance and care.

• Engage in community outreach activities and educational initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
