Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
