Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients by employing structured diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to effectively address client needs.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups through various techniques, including virtual sessions that maintain efficacy and access to care.

• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to facilitate holistic treatment and ensure continuity of care across all aspects of client health.

• Respond to crisis situations efficiently, providing immediate support and intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, including safety planning and emergency referrals to appropriate resources.

• Engage in community outreach endeavors that promote mental health awareness, aiming to destigmatize mental health issues through workshops and informational sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills that enable you to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, equipping you to work effectively with clients of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational abilities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or knowledge of trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms, such as Doxy.me or Zoom for Healthcare, facilitating effective teletherapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually , aligning with your experience and credentials.
