Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and decide the best course of treatment.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships through active listening and empathy, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for clients to express their concerns.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive referral network to facilitate additional care and attract new patients.
\n
• Utilize telehealth systems effectively to conduct video sessions, maintain records, and track patient progress, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and manage complex cases.

• Participate in regular supervisions and trainings to stay up to date with best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Provider at Specialized Space Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. You will play an essential role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with the tools and support necessary for personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in using various telehealth technologies and digital communication tools.
\n
• Knowledge of current therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with telehealth services.

• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and managing a caseload effectively.

• Experience with populations experiencing a range of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level.
