Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their progress, address stability, prepare for upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge processes when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans focused on individual needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to appropriately determine each client's needs and treatment options.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions per week, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for continued professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies for holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is essential.

• Proficient computer skills are mandatory, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
