Legacy Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team in a fully remote outpatient setting. This full-time role is designed for an individual who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services, with a focus on specific needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of at least 10 sessions per week, with the opportunity to expand to 25 sessions, as they work collaboratively with our diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions by utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic client records through SimplePractice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic support for your clients' needs.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health counseling through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including updating your professional profile on platforms such as Psychology Today.

• Attend weekly case review meetings to discuss client advancements and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide array of individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, focusing on those dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma experiences, PTSD, and ADHD. Understanding the unique cultural contexts of our clients is crucial in our approach, enabling us to provide effective and empathic care.

Qualifications\n

• A current Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Possession of an active Pennsylvania state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with an ability to develop high-quality treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships.

• Proficient in using technology for remote service delivery and documentation.

• The capacity to work independently while being a supportive member of a dynamic team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
