Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote outpatient office environment, allowing counselors to connect with clients via telehealth technology while also providing in-person consultations when needed. Our support staff is instrumental in handling various administrative tasks, such as intake scheduling, credentialing, and billing, allowing our clinicians to concentrate on delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain rapport with a diverse caseload of clients, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries to foster trust and a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, discussing upcoming appointments and determining appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment milestones to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine initial therapeutic needs.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and oversight of therapy practices.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance interdisciplinary care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on a youth population, addressing mental health challenges that young clients may face. The LPC will create a safe and supportive therapeutic space, encouraging individuals to explore their mental health, behavioral issues, or substance use challenges. In addition to youth, the counselor may also work with adult clients who require mental health support, fostering a compassionate environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
