Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dynamic caseload of clients, building rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, determine stability, and make informed decisions about ongoing treatment or discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their feedback and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized care strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a broad spectrum of patients dealing with various mental health challenges. You will assist individuals and families in navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an unrestricted and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is mandatory.

• Proficient in using computer-based tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is essential for effective case management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families strongly preferred.

• Comfortable with conducting intake assessments and determining appropriate treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Fee-for-Service model provides financial clarity, as clinicians are paid in advance of collections.
