Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health needs, establishing clear therapeutic goals and objectives.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress among others.

• Engage in couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, ensuring they receive the necessary support in times of urgency.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, empowering them with coping strategies and resources for ongoing support.

• Document and manage client records meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Uphold professional ethical guidelines to ensure confidentiality and informed consent for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes:
