Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized and evidence-based treatment plans through comprehensive client assessments and evaluations.

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focused on fostering personal insight and manageable strategies for coping with mental health challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, case managers, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case management in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from individuals to families and couples, requiring a therapist who is adaptable and culturally competent in their approach to care. You will demonstrate great empathy and understanding as you guide clients through their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
