Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate individualized counseling sessions via video conferencing, addressing the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider each client’s goals, strengths, and challenges, ensuring they have clear direction in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide a safe and empathetic space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, guiding them through emotional distress and helping them adopt healthier coping strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to create holistic care plans that optimize overall client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records that track client progress over time.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth capacity, with familiarity in using virtual counseling platforms to conduct sessions.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient care, is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
