Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to devise individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, contributing insights from your assessments and therapeutic sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and availability.
