Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to define appropriate treatment goals and strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Offer counseling sessions via secure virtual platforms, utilizing varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Thoroughly document client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrative approach to client care.

• Provide crisis interventions for clients as required, offering immediate support and stabilization strategies.

Qualifications\n
