Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies catered to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that all treatment is appropriately tailored and effective.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with other professionals on our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and integrated care for our clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all administrative and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will treat clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will help empower clients to embrace their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working with underserved populations or within community mental health settings is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
