This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility to conduct sessions from your home office. Counseling will take place via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients regardless of their geographical location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities suited to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, outcomes, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current with best practices, attending training sessions, and participating in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families of diverse backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. The counselor will be expected to work collaboratively with clients to foster trust and equip them with the coping mechanisms necessary to navigate their unique situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
