Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, interpreting results to guide treatment planning.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services during critical situations, employing skills to stabilize clients and ensure their immediate safety.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available resources, and coping strategies to foster better understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in case consultations and team meetings.

The client population you will serve includes individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
