Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing therapeutic rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to clinical ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and need for future sessions, following protocols for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that center around the client's unique needs, fostering their psychological growth and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic standards.
\n
• Conduct intake evaluations that contribute to client care planning and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Facilitate a predetermined number of individual counseling sessions each week, adapting to each client’s needs.

• Support and participate in individual and group supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development to elevate clinical competencies and stay informed about best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our clinic, you will primarily work with youth clients facing various psychological and emotional challenges. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substance misuse. Your role will be critical in providing empathetic, culturally sensitive care tailored to meet the diverse needs of each young person.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing standards necessary for delivering clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
