Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic plans that cater to clients’ individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to facilitate client growth.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring cohesive treatment strategies.

• Participate in ongoing workshops and training sessions to remain current with the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
