Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and identify individualized therapy needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methods, tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on developing coping strategies, fostering communication, and promoting emotional healing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LPC position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
