This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors the freedom to work from home without the constraints of a physical office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth, ensuring that each session is client-centered and aligns with therapeutic best practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans catering to each client’s unique journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting of patient interactions and treatment progress using our dedicated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with our initial intake coordinator to ensure appropriate client-practitioner matches, enhancing therapeutic rapport and outcomes.

• Manage caseload expectations by growing your practice to accommodate 15-35 additional clients over time, in alignment with organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with an array of clients, from children and teenagers to adults, including specialized groups such as military veterans and couples. You will have the opportunity to focus on specific areas of interest within your practice. This diversity allows for a rich, fulfilling clinical experience as you address various mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of dedicated experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of psychotherapy guidelines and proficient in the use of electronic documentation systems.

• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to applying best practices in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
